Yes. You can cancel free of charge up to 72 hours before the course starts. From 72 hours before the course starts, we unfortunately cannot refund the course fee for cancellations or no-shows.
Generally, yes. If you can't attend, please get in touch with us in advance. Whether a transfer is possible depends on the specific course and timing.
Yes. If you can't use a booked slot, please cancel it in time through the member calendar. Cancellations are free up to 72 hours before the slot begins. This way we can offer the slot to other members. Unused slots or those cancelled too late cannot be rescheduled or transferred.
Please arrive on time so you can make full use of your booked slot. We unfortunately cannot extend your time for late arrivals.
- Our memberships run on a rolling basis.
- Monthly membership can be cancelled monthly with a notice period of 14 days
- Annual membership can be cancelled four weeks before the end of the contract term
