Wear Your Print – Linocut on textiles
In this course, linocut meets textile printing. You'll learn how to use linocut to print your own motifs onto t-shirts, tote bags and other textiles. Linocut is a straightforward printing technique that makes it easy to transfer your ideas onto fabric. You can experiment with different fabrics, colours and designs.
The course gives you a practical introduction to textile printing with linocut. You'll learn how to carve simple motifs and transfer them onto fabric. There's plenty of room to experiment with repetition, placement and composition. By the end of the course, you'll be able to print your own designs onto textiles independently.
